Mount Glorious Accommodation
and Micro-events

Welcome to

Maiala Park Lodge

Maiala Park Lodge is an award-winning, first nations owned and operated luxury Mount Glorious accommodation and micro-event venue located in the Brisbane Hinterland. The lodge is nestled in a serene and picturesque setting within the D’Aguilar National Park making us the perfect choice for bird watching, exploring nature and enjoying a rainforest getaway near Brisbane, QLD. We take pride in celebrating the diversity of our guests, communities, cultures, and country. When guests leave our lodge, we want them to feel more connected with our beautiful country, themselves, and each other.

At our heart, stands the inviting Lodge, serving as a welcoming hub for guests. Inside the Lodge, guests will find a shared kitchen, two attractive dining areas, and two cozy living spaces—all adorned with fireplaces and a view to Stradbroke Island and Brisbane City. These communal spaces create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to unwind, connect, and share stories.

Two accommodation wings extend from the Lodge, seamlessly blending indoor comfort with outdoor tranquillity. Each wing is thoughtfully connected by an expansive veranda, providing the perfect spot to soak in the peaceful surroundings. A cottage provides a completely private and self-contained accommodation option and stunning views.

Downstairs, the function room is an ideal setting for private celebrations, exclusive corporate meetings, or creative workshops. Its strategic location within the Lodge allows for guests unable to stay overnight, to attend your daytime activities.

Welcome to Maiala Park Lodge, your tranquil Mount Glorious accommodation, where you can just be you.

Acknowledgement of Country

Everybody who has lived in or been to Australia has a spiritual connection to this ancient continent.
The most significant connection is that of the traditional owners of the 100s of different nations and mobs across what we currently call Australia.

Maiala Park Lodge would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of Mount Glorious.
Maiala Park Lodge is on Garumngar country of the Jinibara nation. The Jinibara people had to work hard to ensure formal recognition of their own lands.

Wholehearted listening and sharing is important for our healing journey towards reconciliation. We are interested in an ongoing dialogue with any members of the community who want to teach or learn about our country’s indigenous history.
