The Phoenix Sculpture Garden, privately owned by Margit Radcliffe, has been open to the public since 1995. With the creation of this Garden her her late husband Graham, the combination of the beauty of nature and his life’s work of sculptures and paintings create an ambiance where Peace becomes reality. The 2 hectare rainforest Garden is located on the peak of Mt. Glorious, 632 metres above sea level, and has views over Moreton Bay and Stradbroke Island. There are over 100 marble and bronze indoor and outdoor sculptures permanently on display. The largest is Phoenix Germania which Graham created to commemorate the reunification of Germany. This work is 4 metres high, and gives the garden its name. Indoor and outdoor marble, bronze and steel sculptures for sale. 

While out and about Bushwalking, Hiking, Picincing and Bird Watching you’ll be able to discover remote gorges, sheltered pockets of subtropical rainforest, expanses of eucalypt woodland and spectacular views to Moreton Bay and Brisbane CBD. D'Aguilar National Park has a variety of habitat types including dry and wet sclerophyll forests, eucalypt woodland, subtropical rainforest, rocky outcrops and freshwater systems. In these habitats, more than 200 species of native animals are protected. Several near-threatened, vulnerable and endangered animals and plants have been recorded in the park.

At the Wildlife Centre, you’ll discover some of the weird and wonderful inhabitants of Queensland’s national parks.
